Its extremely sharp, long, curved, wide blade makes it easy to efficiently cut large pieces of meat down into steaks and cubes in one efficient motion. Built to last, the stain-free, high-carbon steel blade includes a hollow ground edge for easy maintenance and rapid resharpening. The durable blade is coupled with a soft, slip-resistant handle to maximize efficiency when cutting.
