These are made out of solid 3/8 steel rod and welded together. This tool is Designed to tote enough of the hardware we need to frame any pole. We have all been on those rear lot or cross country pole jobs where you thought you had everything needed but end up having to run back and forth out to the truck for more material. This tool will absolutely prevent some of those trots of shame. We tested the 1st prototype of this tool for several years on my own line crew and it became a daily use just HAVE TO have it item pretty quickly.
